Forever 21 sizes? ?

I absolutley LOVE the jeans at forever21 but what are the sizes??? cos they have like 24 and 38...are they europe sizes?? And american size 6 in forever21 what would that be?

    an american 6 usually has a 28 inch waist, and 36 in hips
