Forgein Exchange Programs?

Ive thinking about being in a Foreign exchange program and i was just wondering: Are Exchange programs worth it? are they fun? Which countries do you recommend?

I've never been in the forgein exchange program, but I heard they're really fun.  And you learn a lot being in a different culture or atmosphere.  But it may be hard, because a lot of places out of the U.S. have faster learning systems.  But I'm sure if you went, you'd have a blast!  Sorry if my answer is bad.
