A pearl necklace is  a form of slang for human ejaculate left on the female after oral s*x is given. The reference to having the necklace recently is due to the way he was tricking her into simulating oral s*x like movements with the camera.

hmm i think it could go either way...either cuz it was white and he was making it look like she was doing orall........and the guy like...ejaculated on her

or because i mean it looked like she was doing oral and then she got a nice necklace because of it....
