Forgot my password on my computer...help?

I forgot my password to log in as the "owner" on my computer... Right now i am in the "guest." I need to log in to the "owner" becuase all of my files are there. Is there a way to access the "owner" user or change the password while using the "guest" user? or something that can fix it??
