You have to download a utility that allows you to remove the password. Here are two (I used the NT Password and Registry Editor -- It worked perfectly)

if youyou made your password recovery disk like you were instructed during the password installation, if you can't remeber you'll need to format the pc unlike xp which can be by passed vista can not
