Forgot the password for XP but Safe Mode trick doesn't work.

Question

Ive done the safe mode way before. ( where u start in safe mode and log in as the admin.)and that has always worked fine. But this time the Administrator account doesn't pop up. Only the account with the forgoten PW. is there another, preferable not too complicated way? Thanks alot.

and before you tell me i should just remember my PW's this isn't my computer it's my moms :D
