On returning from a 2 wk holiday to Canada which involved 2 hours in the USA after entering and leaving on foot across Niagara Falls I noticed (on the back) of the USA visa I was supposed to surrender it on leaving the country. So I suppose as i forgot the US immigration authorities must assume I'm still living their illegally. If i ever wanted to return would they let me back in?

  1. i did it in 2003, but who cares

  2. The entry stamp on your passport back into your country or another country that you went to after the US will prove you left. It happens a lot.**
