Forgot to wash hands when i took off my contacts?

Question

I forgot to wash my hands when i took off my contacts, is this bad? is my contacts forever dirty and infested with germs? can i wear them again?

I mean i did squirt solution in it and washed it with my fingers for liek 10 sec, so does it matter?

i really dotn wanna have an eye infection =(

Your solution should keep your contacts safe until the next wear.  When it is time to put your contacts back in again, remember to wash your hands!! You shall be fine.

Disinfect your lenses and try to remember to wash your hands next time.  Unless your fingers were extremely dirty and you just got done picking your butt, you probably don't need to stress out so much about it.

You won;t have eye infection.  Body has tremndous capability to protect your own body.
