Forign Exchange Student???

Question

Hi I was just wondering if i could get any discounts on being an exchange student... Anything i can do to make it a whole lot cheaper... Can you help???

Many programs, especially the larger ones, offer scholarships. You might also look into Rotary International, as they are the cheapest (but most competitive).

The think you need to watch is timing -- applications for next year (2008-2009) have most likely closed if you are looking for scholarships.

Search around for different programs; some pay for all but air fare, which is a darn good deal.

Just an aside, and I don't wish to be rude (I'm an ESL teacher, so these things can grind me):  Please be sure to check your spelling...  You want to be the best representative of your country and language if you go overseas.  Start practicing now.
