Form G-325a Address Question

Question

I am about to send our I-130 and stuff. And need help with the address,

Its says- Applicant's residence last five years.

Well the problem is it only gives 6 places to write and i have lived at about 8 or 9 different addresses in 5 years.

So do i add another piece of paper with my other addresses on it?

Please only serious answers only! And people that have had experience with this. Thank you... TEN points for best answer.

They want to see every address so you have to give them every address. Use a separate sheet and as already told in the last address line white see addendum, at the top of the separate sheet title it Addendum to question (add question number) and sign and date the extra sheet.

that is exactly what you do.  on the last line just write"See Addendum"
