When i did the 200m dash, after i finished, both my arms (especially my right) was asleep..What am i doing wrong, raising my arms to high, not breathing hard enough to get enough oxygen for the blood?..it did the same for the 400M relay (100m) but not as bad.. In practice this never happens,

what happened?

thanks

  1. Wow, hopefully I can help.

I'm not sure at all, that sounds scary.  Raising your arms too high sounds more reasonable than not breathing hard enough, but I'm not positive.  Maybe you weren't warmed up enough?

I would suggest seeing the athletic trainer at your school...they'll be a great help!
