Formal restaurants in Toronto? Please help!?

My friend wants to find some very formal restaurants in Toronto, if you could please provide an address of some of them, please thank you! (I don't live in Canada so that's why i nedd help, lol)

Hi, I live in Toronto. I totally agree with LJRobbie's answer for the top restaurants Toronto. North 44 is one of my favorite dining spots. Also, be sure to dine at "Canoe"  on the 54th floor of the TD Tower (awesome lake views).

you cannot find better than this in Toronto. But remember it is very expensive and highly classy. You also need to book your table ahead of time.
