What do you mean by certificate? do you mean a CV ?..............if so , do this

start with your name , their name,

the person whom your writing to and the job centered, and why you wnt it in the main format. that's your opening letter. then.........a CV ..you need to find a style you like, and make sure you have relevant info. if you had 50 jobs that have nothing  to do with the one your going for, your better of putting you were on vacation or travelling in the inbetween pieces!  Look up CV's on the net and im sure you will get lots of help.
