secured an automatic qualification for the UEFA Champions League group stage next season.
Ricken, who is currently employed as the club’s youth team co-ordinator, claimed that he has a brilliant relationship with the boss and rated him as one of the best managers in the business. He hailed the tactician’s eye for young
talent and added that Klopp has immense confidence on his younger players which can be witnessed with the squad he had for the whole of last season. Players like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nuri-Sahin-c28251 and Mario Gotze were young but proved their true worth when given a
chance.
“My relationship with Jurgen is terrific. I cannot imagine anyone better to work with. The young players know, that there is no-one better than Jurgen at developing a team,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The former German international also hailed the manager’s decision to promote the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/U-17-Youth-team-c40787 considering the duo are now part of the German national team at such a young

“Take Marcel Schmelzer, who is now a German international. Jurgen surprisingly promoted him from the second team. Or someone like Kevin Grosskreutz, who came back to us from Ahlen. With Klopp, only performance matters, not the
