Former German international Oliver Bierhoff hails Miroslav Klose
Former German international http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Miroslav-Klose-c26049 for his current form for both club and country. He claimed that the former Bayern Munich star has taken no time to settle in Italy with Lazio and has
continued with his goal scoring form which is good for Germany as they prepare for the European Championships in 2012.
Klose is currently out of the German squad because of injury and is doubtful to take part against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ukraine-c3032 in Kiev when both teams fought for a 3-3 draw as the visitors scored
two goals later in the second-half to stage a brilliant comeback.
Bierhoff claimed that Klose has been a revelation for Lazio since the start of the season and has been amongst the goals as expected. He has found the net a staggering eight times in the 12 games he has played and the German international
has been in great form playing for the country also.
Bierhoff admitted that he was concerned over the striker’s move to the Serie A in the summer but the striker has proved his critics wrong by putting in some impressive performances.
“The Italians are quick to praise players and it is impressive how quickly Klose has settled in there. I was a bit worried about how he would be accepted at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lazio-c39775, but it has worked well,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The former Milan great added that Klose has found a new home in Rome and has settled in the city. He predicted that the striker will have a great season in Italy as he still has a lot of years left in him and remained hopeful that
the player continues with his form in next year’s Euro 2012.
“He is happy there and has his family with him and this is doing him good. I am convinced that he will have a very successful season in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 and that this will also be of benefit to the national team,” he concluded.
