Former Germany tactician Jurgen Klinsmann favourite to win the U.S. coaching role
Former Germany manager, Jurgen Klinsmann, looks all set to be appointed the new U.S. coach following the removal of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robert-c31222 Bradley. The 53-year-old had earlier signed a contract extension until 2014 but was surprisingly relieved of his duties for unknown
reasons. A source close to Klinsmann told that the German is one of the strongest contenders to fill in the boots of Bradley and could soon sign a deal until the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Klinsmann looked upbeat about the new challenge and wanted to lead his team in the best possible manner. The German told that the United States possess an attacking line-up and his coaching style would be ideal for a team like that. The 46-year-old clearly
stated about his availability for the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684 and hoped to get the nod ahead of the other strong names.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/United-States-c3034 and Fulham midfielder, Clint Dempsey, on the other hand was shocked to hear about Bradley’s removal. He wished his former manager success for his future and also thanked him for indulging self believe and confidence amongst the entire U.S.
outfit. In an interview to a website, Dempsey enthused, "I'm sad to see him go. But I wish him the best in the future. He's a good coach and I know he'll do well."
U.S. Youth soccer technical director, Claudio Reyna, was pleased to hear about the possible recruitment of former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 international as the country’s new manager. He reckoned that it would be a wise decision on part of the U.S. Soccer Federation and pushed
the officials to seal the signature of the 46-year-old.
Reyna further added, “This is what the Spanish, Dutch, and now Germans do. You first have to build a vision or else you are driving with no lights on. You have to have that, it’s a must.”
The other names who are also in contention along with Klinsmann are Marcello Lippi, Guus Hiddink, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Donadoni, Jason Kreis, Sigi Schmid and Luis Felipe Scolari.
Klinsmann would get to know about his fate today when the Soccer Federation announce the replacement of Robert Bradley.
