Former Liverpool striker Fernando Torres wants Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho to make a Chelsea comeback
Recent reports have linked Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho to a Stamford Bridge return. The Portuguese coach is not doing too well at Madrid, while Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly unhappy with Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti.
Even though Ancelotti led the Blues to their first ever double, the Premier League and FA Cup, he has not been able to follow up with his success. Chelsea are currently fourth place on the Premier League table and have already been eliminated from both the
Carling Cup and the FA Cup.
It is suggested that Abramovich has decided to stick with Ancelotti, in hopes of the Italian manager leading the side to the Champions League trophy. The Blues have not disappointed in Europe, in fact they have maintained a consistent performance so far.
Chelsea managed to finish top of their group in the group stages of the European competition, not losing a single match in the process. Since then they traveled to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Denmark-c2884 to take on FC Copenhagen in the round of 16 and secured two away goals.
Chelsea will welcome FC Copenhagen at Stamford Bridge for the second leg of the fixture on 16th March. The Blues will not be worried making it past the Danish side, but will definitely be concerned about who they face after that. A failure to
win the coveted Champions League is predicted to mark the end of Ancelotti’s career at the Bridge.
The Italian manager has refused to give up and despite various links to the hot seat at Serie A side http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603, Ancelotti has promised to give it his all at Chelsea. He refused to comment on his future, saying he would decide at the end of the season.

Ancelotti has maintained faith in the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011 international and has promised that the goals will soon come. While the Italian has supported the striker, Torres has not returned the favor. In fact, Torres claimed he would like to see Jose Mourinho return to
Chelsea.
The Spaniard revealed his admiration for the Portuguese manager, saying he would love to work under him. He said while speaking to reporters, “Mourinho is a big coach and is very much wanted at Chelsea. I'll work with him anytime but I know it's difficult.”
Mourinho himself hinted that he could make a return to the Premier League and more specifically Chelsea, He said, “I love Chelsea. I was the happiest man [when there]. I was thinking to be there all my life and a few months later, I was out. So you never
know.”
However, there has not been any known contact between the Chelsea owner and the Real Madrid manager. Ancelotti’s future at Chelsea depends on whether or not he can deliver the Champions League trophy. The other managers linked with the Chelsea job are Barcelona’s
Pep Guardiola and former short term http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 boss Guss Hiddink.
