Former Reds forward, Robbie fowler, has hailed the signing of Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll in this year’s January transfer window. He expects both stars to play an important role in the club’s campaign next season.

Fowler said that he was impressed with the partnership and predicted that it could turn out to be one of the most dangerous in English Premier League next season. He insisted that both Suarez and Carroll could turn out to be a nightmare for any defence if

The former Liverpool player claimed that Luis Suarez has been fantastic since his arrival and stated that he is surprised how fast the Uruguayan has adapted to English football. He also praised Carroll for his amazing season with Newcastle United and admitted
that the striker has shown some glimpses of brilliance despite an injury struck time with Liverpool.
“Luis Suarez looks a fantastic player - I don't really know what else to add to that. But I was happy with his performances straight away and he looks like he's going to be a very good player for Liverpool. Andy Carroll cost a lot of money but that's no
slight on him. His record this season in the Premier League has been fantastic,” he concluded.
Liverpool are currently sixth on the Premier League table with 58 points and will play Aston Villa on the last day of the season in a bid for UEFA Europa League qualification. They need to finish fifth in order to play in Europe next season and Tottenham
Hotspur currently occupy that berth.
