Former Miss USA Rima Fakih to join WWE – WWE News
In her recent interview, Former Miss USA Rima Fakih said that she has solid plans of joining the WWE. Rima, who has previously hosted Monday Night SuperShow in October 2009, has now passed on the crown of Miss USA. Therefore, she is now certain that she will make her entry into WWE soon.
She said, “I have passed on the crown of Miss USA and am now totally sure which course to take on WWE. You are the first to respond to me, but I can now tell you that I will definitely be part of WWE.”
Rima has always been connected to WWE, through personal as well as professional contacts. She was the special ring announcer for WWE’s annual Tribute to the Troops show, after she made her RAW debut as host. Not only this, the enchanting beauty also went onto participate in the Tough Enough show on the USA Network in 2011. Unfortunately, her charms did not work there and she was eliminated in the fourth week of the show.
Most analysts thought that even though she is beautiful enough to be a WWE Diva, she does not really have the fighting spirit and moves of a wrestler.
For now, she is planning to be in WWE as a Diva and performer, which is certainly not her thing. She is pretty fragile if you compare her to other performers such as Eve Torres and Beth Phoenix. However, since we had a fragile and delicate performer previously as well who made it to the top in WWE, Stacy Keilber, we cannot really say if whether Rima is up to the mark or not.
She also seemed pretty excited over the results of the recent WrestleMania 28 event. The main event of the show was a fight between John Cena and The Rock. The Rock won the match leaving Cena surprised. Similarly, another highlight of the event was Triple H’s fight with The Undertaker, which was won by the latter. Shawn Michaels, legendary WWE performer, Mr. WrestleMania and Hall of Famer, was present in the ring as the special guest referee for the match.
