Is there a question here?  Are you asking what these technologies are?  I see two scenarios if you are:

1) There is no cover-up, so there are no technologies and you get no answers;

2)  There is a cover-up, and anyone who knows about them are part of the "black projects" and won't answer as a matter of security, and you get no answers.

Seems like a waste of Yahoo's storage space to me.

Do you really think that if they had the means to go to Mars, let alone to the stars, right now, the US military would not have done it already? And bragged about it publicly?

like the guy that invented the tire that would not go flat or wear out , was rubbed off !

there are so many goverment cover ups .there are cars and modifications that will give great gas milage but we wont see them !
