  1. I read all 43 pages of her suit and 90% of it is nit picking, he said - she said BS. I think she's looking for the free ride nyself.

Brian France, the CEO of Nascar basically said that, "She made alot of allegations in her suit.......The sad part is, she never reported any of the allegations while employed with Nascar" (not an exact quote)

  2. I don't know about 225 million. That is a little too much even if she does wake up w/ the sweats.

Although, rednecks being racist, I cannot see it....not @ all.

  3. Hate to sound racist but C'MON! What people couldn't see this coming? A black woman in a dominantly "white mans sport" suing for an outlandish sum of money were she doesn't have to work for the rest of her life? She isn't the first black person to work for NASCAR. That's just the type of person she is. She's a poor black woman that has busted her *** to get where she is until she screws up and now the white man has her down. Same story different day. Like that's the first and last time that will ever happen! She has the race card (no pun intended) and the s*x card she can play. Of course she is going to sue when she is fired!..lol It's the perfect way to get that free money! But hey d@mn me for saying something about what most people are thinking. And some black people wonder why they get stereotyped for being sue happy people the same way racing fans get stereotyped for being rednecks with mullets and flannel shirts.

  4. I read all the things shes said she had to go through with coworkers and superiors. If those things are true she desrves it, and those men deserved to be fired.  She was there for the same reason - to make a living in something cool.

Not like the France Empire cant shell out the cash.  Think I should sue them for taking away Rockingham and the  fall Darlington race, and giving  two races to Cali and Texas.

  5. Former FEMALE NASCAR EMPLOYEE probably got passed over for a promotion or denied a pay raise---or fired for good reason(s).

h**l hath no fury like a woman scorned---espicially one willing to use BOTH the race card and sexual harrassment card as a means of getting even---which I think REALLY is the case here.

Unless she has some smoking gun video and/or audio evidence---something I doubt exists---I diss her off as being a disgruntled ex-employee, seeking a thrill ride for some $$$$ MILLIONS in Civil Court.

  6. does she have some gambling debt to pay, who decides that the emotional damges are 225 million , i dout it cost her that much

  7. If what she says is true,I hope she gets a bunch. Nascar is like a bunch of dictators.,they make their own rules and no body questions them. If they were like corporations they would  have been put out of business years ago by the government for discrimination and a monopoly.

  8. here's the link to the article, if any of it is true I say watch out NASCAR....

    http://sports.yahoo.com/nascar/news;_ylt...

  9. i think its bull sh*t  i mean come on 225 Mill nascar ain't that rich but i just think its fake if this is true why did you wait so long time come out an say something i mean you been fired 8 Mth an just now saying some thin shes just upset i think me a soon as i got fired id been doing this the next day

  10. I think it's kind out of of bounds for what she's asking. I do agree that she needs to sue NASCAR over racial and sexual orrientation issues, but $225 million.  Maybe bring it down to $100 million, that sounds reasonable. Mauricia Grant is a minority in the sport ruled by white men with a lot of money, so you also got to be careful what you get into. It's like a human going into a lion's den.

  11. it sounds crazy to me

  12. She is just mad because she got fired! She is just looking for the easy way out to mak money which I jope he dosen't get. I think that she will probably settle out of court for maybe around $10,000. The NAACP aint been fired up lately so she just wants to give them something  else to complain about

  13. Old AA scam,1. If you don't hire them you get sued.2. If you do they start out immediatly setting up a discrimination suite.3.Sue for a large amount and settle for less...

  14. $225 million?  Are you serious?  If she had asked for something a little more reasonable, I might think more of the lady and think her claim was legitimate.  But at $225 mil. she sounds like she just wants to get paid more than she was harassed.  It sounds a little fishy to me.  She only work for Nascar for 2 years.  As much as she claimed they did to her in 2 years is pretty hard to believe.  It certainly couldn't have been $225 million worth.
