Former white run cities and countries now run by blacks. Can we use them a gauge of Obama's ability?

I'm using info like this for my judgement. Can you prove to me I'm wrong? Can you provide proof to support your argument?

Good leaders are rare no matter what kind of arbitrary classification scheme you want to impose on them as a group.

If whites have had a few good leaders in the western world, I'd say it's only because that group has provided the overwhelming majority of all western leaders in general; they've had more chances.

And they've also provided far more mediocre, corrupt, and/or ineffectual leaders than any other group.  As well as, undisputably, the most evil and murderous ones.

Is it fair for us to judge your qualifications because you have the same skin color as Mussolini? Stalin? Hitler?

If you're going to identify primarily with your race, aren't you obliged to average it's bad examples into your calculations of your own worth?

I would say no.  I would have to say that you need to look at Major Cities that are run by Democrats.

Detroit, Cleveland, LA, New Orleans before this year, Washington, Philadelphia.  All of these cities have been run to the ground and yet they keep voting Liberal.  Better yet.. Just look at Jimmy Carter.  He reminds me a lot like Barack.  Barack Obama = Jimmy Carter Version 0.2
