Formula 1: Rivalries to continue in 2011

The 2010 Formula 1 season was extremely dramatic and exhilarating as the top 3 teams Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull battled against each other until the very last race and it seems that in 2011, the scenario might not change and in fact, they might have another
rival competing for the titles.
Mercedes is expected to be one of the most challenging teams on track next season as Michael Schumacher; the seven time world champion stated that he is now going to help the team actively in order to achieve the best possible car for the 2011 Formula 1
season.
However, Formula 1 racing is a young man’s sport and physical strength is something that is extremely important for each driver. As each year passes by, younger drivers become a part of the sport and with people like Sebastian Vettel, Lewis Hamilton and
Fernando Alonso becoming the world champions in their early years in the sport; it seems that winning the 2011 title is not going to be as easy as the 2010 title for Red Bull.
The youngest champion’s record was broken 3 times in this decade and it seems that with new faster drivers like Lewis Williamson, Nico Hulkenberg and Kamui Kobayashi showing their true colours as well, the 2011 Formula 1 season is going to be even more entertaining.
Sebastian Vettel’s team-mate Mark Webber is also more determined than ever and with Mercedes challenging the top 3 teams as well, Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg are also going to create a lot of problems for the current world champions.
Many people like Damon Hill and David Coulthard also stated that the amount of challenge has increased immensely and the winner of the 2011 Formula 1 season is going to have to climb “mountains” in order to beat the best in the sport.
One could not even imagine a couple of years ago that Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso, Michael Schumacher, Mark Webber, Felipe Massa, Sebastian Vettel and Jenson Button would be racing in the same season. However, it will be interesting to see how the teams
manage such outstanding drivers and top one another race after race.
