Formula One: Ferrari driver, Alonso confident to finish in top two spots in the final race of the season at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
The two times Formula 1 world champion Fernando Alonso has announced that he is not thinking too much about his Red Bull rivals, as his focus is only to clinch the world championship title for the third time.
The twenty nine years old veteran driver from Spain has said that he is very well aware of the fact that his rivals from the Red Bull, Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel are eyeing to beat him over the racing track in the final race at Abu Dhabi GP but he
is not taking too much pressure at the moment.
Now the condition for winning the year’s world title is very much clear for the Spaniard, as he is still leading the point’s chart and the Australian ace driver from the Red Bull racing team, Mark Webber is just eight points adrift of him with just one more
race to go.
Currently four drivers are in the contention of winning the title but Fernando Alonso is being considered as the most favourite, as he has performed dramatically well in the recent races and his current form is staggeringly brilliant.
At the moment, Fernando Alonso of the Ferrari racing team, Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel from Red Bull and Lewis Hamilton of McLaren are eyeing the prestigious Formula 1 championship trophy of the year.
Red Bull has announced that it will do anything to beat the Spaniard over the racing track to clinch the title. Which means the twenty three years old young and dynamic German ace driver, Vettel who is fifteen points adrift of Alonso might help his team-mate
Mark Webber in his struggle to win the title and beat Fernando Alonso by any means.
On the other hand, Fernando Alonso’s Brazilian team mate Felipe Massa has already declared that he will support Alonso in his struggle for the championship title.
In a very recent interview, the former world champ Alonso expressed his plans and ambitions for the upcoming race. Alonso told the media that he is motivated and well eager for the final race of the tournament and he is very sure he will not lose his passion
for the title.
Alonso said that he will try his level best to give his best to clinch first or the second spot in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. He said he is very well aware of the fact that Webber and Vettel will be after him over the podium but he is quite sure that he will
settle the brawl in a marvellous way.
Alonso added that he is simply at peace at the moment and not willing to get to much pressure for the event but his target is to clinch the pole in the qualifying and finishing the race in the top two is what he needs to win the title.
The German ace driver of Red Bull team, Vettel seems quite eager for the title as well. In a very recent interview, he had expressed that his first goal is to win the next race just like he did in the Brazilian Grand Prix event at the Interlagos racing circuit.
He also declared that he will make the further plans over the racing track according to his position in the race.
The season’s final race is no doubt going to be exciting and thrilling and Alonso is going to be challenged by the two top driver of the world; Webber and Vettel. Moreover, the British top driver Lewis Hamilton is still keen to give his best to outclass
the others.
