  1. Rampage is stronger, more experienced, better chin, better wrestling, and is used to the huge stage.  I like forrest but i think he is overmatched in this bout

  2. I think he can too.

Whichever fighter is better during any given fight. If Griffin is better on the day, then yeah, sure, i dnt see why he culdnt win.

Rampage jackson i do think has better odds though.

  3. Forrest can definitely win this fight. I want him to. Ever since Rampage knocked out Liddell he's been getting to cocky. And Chuck Liddell is my favorite fighter too so someones gotta get revenge for him.

  4. I've gotta say that when these two coaches from the Ultimate Fighter step into the ring on Saturday the 5th, there is going to be a lot of blood on the floor of the Octagon when this one is finished.

My take on the fight is that Griffin is the obvious underdog however he has a decent chance of winning the championship title here. If he can manage to take Rampage down to the mat, he can dominate. However if he can't take Jackson down, 'Run Forrest, Run!' comes to mind - He's going to have stay out of the way of his opponents thunderous blows and his famous match ending power slams into the canvass.

I believe that Forrest Griffin is being underestimated with the odds set for him at +200. If Griffin can do what I outlined above, he's got a shot. It may be a longshot, but this is the UFC and anything can happen...

    MY PICK: Griffin

  5. Forrest Griffin I'd say :)***

  6. I am rooting for Forrest.  Nothing against Rampage but like a quiet guy who just does the job.

  7. you know im beginning to feel like hes got more of a chance than i originally gave him.......plus anything can happen in the ring, bigger upsets have happened...its hard to root for either one cause i like em both...

  8. I think Forrest can win this but he has a lot of problems in this match up. One Forrest is not a quick starter... he has to get mad before he starts attacking. Jackson comes in to end it quick. Forrest cannot play defensive striking with Jackson he pushes through that type of defense. Forrest needs to get the fight to the ground. If Forrest can get Jackson on the ground he has a good chance of winning.

  9. Forrest is taking this fight. He has been training with wanderlai who has beaten Rampage twice. he's also bigger and better at BJJ

  10. the only way is if Rampage comes in like Shogun did, out of shape and unprepared.

I doubt that will happen though since Rampage appears to carry his title with great pride and something like Cardio I doubt he will let be a factor in any of his fights from now on.

If you think about it, Rampage has better striking, grappling, and has ridiculous power (see his powerbomb victory over Arona).

I like Forrest, he's a great ambassador for the UFC but the better fighter will win this fight and my money is on Rampage.

  11. I don't

Rampage has superior wrestling and striking skills than Griffin.

Griffin isin't a joke and he's proven that , but he's not on the same level as Jackson and won't be for sometime if ever

  12. Any given fight, can go any given way, at any given time.  That is what is Awesome about this sport.  That being said "No". Griffin and Rampage are both well versed and have adapted well to the competition, but over all I think Rampage is more powerful.  I think this fight is going to end with that dominance of power.  Griffin Knocked Out, and Rampage Victorious.  Sorry Griffin, I just don't think your ready.
