Fortec Star Lifetime ULTRA Problem. the receiver was working at evening and next day it would not

Question

the receiver was working at evening and next day it would not turn on. (no power). I checked on the rear switch and inside the reciever connection pins and the power seems to be going thru, but it won't turn on.
