Are forum administrators/moderators able to delete members for “whatever” reason and without previous notice without any legal repercussions from the member who was deleted???

I didn&#039;t know that Yahoo!&#039;s Message Boards had any moderators.  I&#039;ve seen such garbage posted without moderation that it&#039;s difficult to believe.

Can you give an example of a specific board that appears to be moderated?
