Forward mail from one Windows live account to another.?

How long does this usually take? I have ALOT of mail, but I would just like to know if it's working or not. At the top of the screen it says "your mail is being forwarded to another e-mail address. to stop forwarding your mail, go to options", so my guess is that it's working, but I'm not sure.

Please let me know if you've done this before and how long it took.

Sometimes it can take a couple hours but yest the function is working.  I do this often with traveling and have not lost any mail in the process

I'm not sure how much mail you are forwarding, but depending on the size of the mail and your internet connection it may take as much as a few hours. Your computer's RAM might also affect how long it takes.

My advise is if it says it's working, then let it do it's stuff and just check on it in a little while. If it takes longer than 30 minutes and you have a fairly good computer (nice amount of RAM, high internet connection speed, etc), then see if you can forward the mail in sections because forwarding it all at once might be to much for your computer to handle.

It just does NEW email messages. Anything that you already had receive will not forward.
