can you be a forward observer 13f in the army if you have any past criminal background. even if it was from 4yrs back?

  1. Are you in the army now, or are you considering this as an MOS?

    If you are in the Army now and doing a MOS reclass, you need to look at the qualifications for that MOS.  I'm sure there is a conditions clause about criminal activity.  You will need to chat with a Retention specialist at your base.

    If you are joining the army, then the recruiter or Career Counselor at the MEPS can answer that.  Seems you will need a waiver anyway, so the MOS is the least of your concern right now.
