Foster child pell grants?

im a foster child and i will be a senior this year.

i know that pell grants are loans that you dont have to pay back. but i want to know what are the qualifications and where to aply for them.

You will need to go to www.fafsa.ed.gov and complete the 2009-2010. If you are planning on filing taxes for 2008, you will need those. Applying for this will make you eligible for several grants. You should also talk to your case worker because often their are scholarships for foster children that assist in paying for books.
