Fostex mr16 eq/presets

Question

i would like to know if there is a way to pull up an eq menu to adjust the levels while mixing down. example: if you need to adjust individual track levels instead of sticking to the factory presets. the recorder has 33 eq input presets, but i can't figure out if there is a way to adjust high-mid-low levels for the vocals or instrument tracks. the manual is not clear. any info would be appreciated.
