The 29-year-old Algerian international has finally completed his move to the Stade Velodrome, as he joined French Ligue 1 outfit, Olympique de Marseille. The player feels delighted at joining Les Phoceens, as it was a childhood dream for the midfielder.

of several clubs, with Marseille eventually winning the player’s signature.
The Algerian playmaker has signed a three-and-a-half year contract with Les Phoceens. The Marseille-based club would be looking forward to put the talented midfielder to good use, as he would provide further depth in the squad.
The 29-year-old was delighted to get a chance to play for the club he supported during his childhood. The midfielder called that joining Marseille is a dream came true for him. He said:
“I'm simply very happy and very proud. I've fulfilled a childhood dream. Ever since I was small, I've been an OM fan. I used to come to the Stade Vélodrome with my dad, I've always supported OM.”
Kadir is happy to play for a team that’s set to compete for the Championnat. The former Valenciennes FC playmaker relishes the opportunity to play in Europe next season. The Algerian said:
"I'm joining a team which plays to finish near the top of the table and plays in Europe every season.”
The Troyes AC academy graduate believes that the Ligue 1 outfit have a talented squad. The player is determined to ensure that his new club achieves their goals for the season, believing that he can count on his team-mates in helping him doing that. He stated:
“There are super players here. My aim is to make the next step up, and I think I can do that with the players here."
