Found Fake Durex Condoms when i opened them.?

Question

I bought a 3 pack of condoms Durex Sensation (orange box)... and basically when they were needed, i opened one and it was Off- coloured (Orange/brown) very dry, no lubricant at all and they didnt have the sensation "dots" which are clearly labelled to have on the Leaflet. I opened another after that one and the same..also some dark patches on them.. the Date was perfectly fine for expiry so i contacted Durex Condoms Customer Service about it, i was just wondering if i would be able to get some sort of conpensation .. it was £4 .. and i still have one left as proof! intact in its packet and everything.

What was the outcome of customer services, you didn't say.  I would say that yes you are entitled to reimbursement and they will probably want the one you have left in the packet as proof.  I'm hoping that you didn't use the other defective ones.......?

normally id say take them back to the shop, but given the state they are in, contact the company and return them to their customer care department.  generally doing this with companies means they will send vouchers or replacement products, well worth more than the replaced box you would get at the shop.

I would expect to get a replacement or voucher for at least the value, but hopefully more.

Definitely demand a refund from the shop. That's disgusting. You should report them to the manufacturer too.
