Found a 16 foot aluminum rowboat thrown out for trash how do I register it in mass. specifically?

I would think you would need to go to the same place you take your car

You will need to go to the County Clerk's office..You will have to prove ownership..& since you found it..you probably don't have a title..If there is an old registration number on the boat..you may be in luck & maybe not..The previous owner may decide he wants it back.
