Found a dead bluejay in my backyard. Who do I call?

We have bird feeders and they attract numerous wild birds including 3 or 4 bluejays. Today I found a dead one. Should I be concerned about West Nile Virus?

you call mr backyard and mr shovel and bury it. it will decompose and will be food for the soil.
