Found a home for sale that said this "Deeded rights to a private beach at Lake Elfin with docks, picnic area and a great sandy beach. "

Does that mean if I bought the house I would have sole ownership of all this?

  1. No, it means you and anyone else with deeded rights and the friends of anyone else with deeded rights can use all this.

  2. Lots of people will have the same deeded rights, it just means you have access to the beach and dock.   You will not own the beach and dock, just have the right to use them.   You may be buying a right to rent space on the dock, if it is the type where you store your boat.
