Found a lost cat with stripes? (picture included)?

Hello fellow pet posters...

I found a stray cat today and not sure what to do... She has white stripes on her back and side. She doesn't like to be touched and seriously smells and needs a bath.

Doesn't like to use the litter box but enjoys sleeping in it. Thank you.
