  1. email them and phone them...if the dnt react, take it to the newspapers then theyl be forced to do something

    Keep the stick thing

  2. They Might Send You Lots Of Pakets

Or Yuu Can Sue them :)

    &&

    Get Rich xD

  3. sue..and get money

  4. send it back

    they will give you compensation

it happened to me but with a cake!

  5. you can get good compensation, you must keep the stick, the reciept and the bag of the crisp, contact the company first, see what they say then contact, department of health.

You will be well off if you complain....

if the company asks you to send the crisp bag and stick of to them ask for a prepaid envelope so you get some sort of correspondence from them.

  6. Send it to Walkers and see what you get in return!!!

  7. In any circumstance like this you have two options: complain to the company or sue for damages.

Complaining to the company would probably initiate an internal investigation - checking stock from the same batch for similarities, and would result in an apology and some vouchers for more potentially dangerous packets of crisps.

Sueing for damages would give you a nice financial gain.

If a lovely apologetic letter with a Walkers header is what you're after, then complain. If some cash in your pocket is what you want, take them to the cleaners. Either way, take it to the papers for abit of further satisfaction. Good luck!

  8. Send the packet with the thing you found back to Walkers. Let them know what shop and when you bought them too. Say how upset and distressed your young daughter was and you dread to think what would have happened if she had swallowed it (put the butter on thick so to speak!) They will probably send you a letter of apology (looking into the matter etc) and some vouchers too. Good luck and let us know how you get on!

  9. write a complaint thats dangerous if you had not noticed that your two year old could of eaten that then what would have happened

    i would complain and sue

  10. Wow, it's good she didn't chew it up. Now this is interesting - I am in Canada, and recently found several thin stick-like items in a package of plain potato chips from a local department store. I will be writing the company, and including a piece of it - not all, to see what they will do.

I suggest you do the same.

  11. Yeah sue! That's terrible!
