Found a web link in a magazine , put in the web address and it says can't find scouting.org/bsasurveycen... ?

the link has probably expired, as magazine links often do when the magazine issue becomes old.  if thats what happened then they probably deleted the site.  try running a google search on it; it is more lenient with the results so if your browser doesnt like direct site type ins, google will find it for you
