Found an I phone .?

My lil brother found a I phone that needs an accesses code to be activated, he tried to punch one in and disabled the phone. Is there a way to get this phone to work?

Your best bet is to find the owner and get a reward for it before something bad happens to it. Place a free lost and found classified in the newspaper.
