Found glass in lettuce at Safeway Grocery Store

not really sure if i shoudl pursue anything. Im pissed about the situation and its embarassing since i had offered the salad to a friend who hurt his tooth on the glass in there. we have the big shard but there is no proving that we didnt just plant it in the lettuce? how does this even happen? i bought the lettuce on sunday and looked through it but didnt find any more glass. i highly doubt safeway is going to do anything. what do you think?

Go to the store and tell them what happened. Maybe they will open other bags right in front of you. If they find something then you can sue not Safeway it is not their fault but the company that packed the lettuce. That's what I would do.
