  1. It is a Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen pill (Generic Vicodin). The exact dosage is 7.5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen (generic Tylenol). Used to treat moderate/severe pain. Interpharm is the company who makes those pills. Be sure to get that out of the kid's room!!
