ok so today i was home alone with my sis and these two guys knocked on the door, walked away, came back, then walked away the thing is one of them dropped their id. My mom found it outside our house when we went walking. How do we return it....we dont even know what it is, because it isnt an id, but it has all the guys info. like s.s number, name, address, etc. It says he lives in minesota but we live in kansas. The card says: authorization to solicit via interstat commerence. It also says N.F.S.A member...also it says american cash reward .com....my question is, how do we return it, do we mail it? or give it to the police? what should we do? and will the police ask awhole bunch of interogating questions?

  1. dont tell ur mom use the american cash reward system and get som good for yourself then shred the card into a million pieces

  2. Call the non-emergency police number and report the wallet as found property.  An officer will come by and pick it up.  The police will just ask you how you found it and to describe who was at your door.  The police can make arrangements to return it.

With the social security number information, I would not throw it in the mailbox.

  3. If it has his address on it, you can stick it in the mail box. The post office should send it to him.

  4. NFSA is the National Field Selling Association -- its a professional association for door to door salespeople.

If you have his name and address-- mail it back to him-- anonymously if you want.

  5. If you give it to someone else it will be lost, mail it if you want them to get it.
