Foundation Stain On Chair HELP!?

I knocked over my liquid foundation all on to my chair. I tried to wet it off with a washcloth, but it's not working! The chair has this durable, tight fabric. (The kind that makes a noise if you scratch it.) What should I do? Please help!

Keep washing with soap and water. Use some liquid dish detergent. Keep changing the cloths you use. Use towels.
