Foundation/face Primer - Before or after moisturiser??

Hi,

I am new to foundation primer and I have just bought the Laura Mercier Oil Free foundation primer. Does this go on after I moisturise my face (before foundation), or before I moisturise my face??

Or is Moisturiser not required when using primer? Im confused?!

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Ohh. i just found out about primer last night and i'm going to buy the same stuff you have tonight. haha,

after mosturizer....before it would smudge and not be even after your finished

Primer goes on directly before the foundation.
