Foundations that irritate eyes?

Every foundation I try somehow gets in my eyes and stings. Are there any good foundations (not mineral makeup) that won't do this?

try using a mousse one, and use it by dabbing it with a sponge but be careful on the eyes, but it doesn't go in mine.

Try a liquid-to-powder foundation or just a powder instead of a liquid.  I'm not quite sure how it's getting into your eyes.  Maybe try a different way of applying it.

try the bee luscious liquid minerals. it won't sweat off and get in your eyes.

and don't use it near your eyes
