Fountain pen plz help?

Im gonna buy a LAMY safari fountain pen,

and i'm gonna ask u, do u have a F sized nip or a EF sized nip? i prefer my writing to be smooth and thick, but im afraid the F size would be too thick for taking notes and would make my paper wet and maybe even make a whole in it cause it got too wet by the thick ink, and it'd dry slower... But then i think the EF nip would be too scratchy and thin that wouldn't give the feeling of a fountain pen, and would dry faster...

gt f size after sometime it comes comfortable, smooth n thick too.
