  1. go with two nice 15"s or 18"s they will make the same work as four/six average quality speakers, you save trunk space, amplyfier power etc. see some professional speaker series like B&C, RCF, Precision devices. they will be able to destroy your car when fully powered.

  2. Seems like we're just looking for "boom" here.  After all, who would need this many subs in the trunk if this isn't the objective.

    Sooo ...

"Four 15's didn't see no wires, and then I heard "BOOOOM" from the amplifiers."

  3. First of all, both of those would be ridiculous. Second, you need to choose what brand and then decide what sub would be better.

For example: Four crappy 15's wouldn't sound as good as four good 12's.

Six 12's would probably be the way to go, more surface area would give a louder punch i would think.

  4. 6 12's has more cone area. that would be ridiculus.

  5. I'm just wondering how you're gonna get all of those speakers in the trunk of a buick centruy. I would build a wall, and use 4 15's personally. If you want loud do the 415' in a ported wall. It will knock your fillings out!
