Four-Line Phone on a regular jack

Question

I am looking at getting a http://www.amazon.com/944-4-Line-Corded-Speakerphone-Graphite/dp/B00005B97M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1218139144&sr=8-1 will this work on a regular home phone jack? If not, then can I just use it for a 1 line phone?

2 lines only for the regular home jack

2 jacks wired for 2 lines each and follow the directions on the web site that you provided !!!!!

you need two rj14c jacks which means you need 4 phone numbers for a 4 line phone to work. Just because you have a 4 line phone doesnt mean all lines will work you need to order 3 other phones numbers and either you or a tech need to wire those lines to two rj14c jacks.
