Four buildings in france?

sorry to ask yet another french question, but its

'Nommez les quatre grandes villes de france'

anybody know the answers?

  1. Ville means town, not building.  

    Paris is one of the four big towns.  The others are probably Lyon, Marseilles, and Toulouse.  

    This same question was asked a few months ago.  You might want to do a search and see if you can find the answers from back then.


  2. The four largest cites in France are:

    Paris pop. 2,113,000

    Marseille  pop. 815,100

    Lyon  pop. 444,100

    Toulouse  pop. 406,200

    The population figures are for the city proper and do not include its suburban areas. The population of the greater Paris area is, for example, 11,293,200

  3. The big 3:

    Paris-Lyon-Marseilles

    In fourth, it's Toulouse, however, the Lille-Roubaix-Tourcoing conurbation is much bigger (about 1million inhab.).

  4. this means the four main towns

    Paris, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyons (or perhaps Marseilles)

    Nantes must be pretty big too
